“Using the PSMA Database” by Jim Spangler.

Power Sources Manufacturers Association (PMSA) is a non-profit whose members include manufacturers of power sources and components, academia, and designers/consultants, all related in some manner to creating and using a wide variety of electronic power sources. As part of its mission to serve the industry, PSMA has a database of regulations affecting power sources.
