IEEE Cares on IEEE Day – Celebrating our Humanitarian Mission

IEEE Day is the celebration of the day over 100 years ago when engineers came together to lay a framework for future collabortion and promotion of the profession. That profession has led to contributions which has made life easier for millions of people. But not everyone has reaped the benefits of those technolotgies. The IEEE Humanitarian Technologies Board is charged with developing ways to use technology for the benefit of humanity. Learn about the various Humanitarian programs IEEE offers and how you can become involved. Explore the many funding opportunity available for projects. Learn if forming a SIGHT Group makes sense for you and/or your chapter, student branch, or section.
