On Saturday October 14th we will celebrate the Chicago Section’s 129th anniversary. The IEEE Chicago 129th Annual Fair & Expo is open to the public and free to attend, although you must register first.
For high-school students contemplating college, this is a chance to talk to enrolled students and working engineers about what it takes to have an engineering career.
IEEE Chicago Section society chapters represent virtually all disciplines within the electrical engineering profession. In the breakout rooms, the society chapters will demonstrate and discuss their field of expertise. During the main Event, you can listen to professionals on how engineering contributes to the public good and what opportunities exist with engineering education.
